I started my culinary journey at Escola superior d’hosteleria de Barcelona.
Then quickly after graduating moved to the North of Spain where I refined my training, and spent over 8 years working under the best spanish chefs in the business, as Juan Mari Arzak, Martin Berasategui and Andoni Luis Aduriz.

Having spent the back half of this period as the Head Chef in a few distinguished establishments in the Basque Country around San Sebastian area, I was able to add up to 9 michellin stars to my resumè along the development of my carrer.

Now in Los Cabos I am cooking privately in vacational villas, and I am looking forward to seeing you at our Mexican Hideaway!
